Like Hillary, it is actually against the Constitution for Senator Ken Salazar to ascend to the post of Secretary of the Interior. The offending provision of the Constitution, Article I, Section 6.

It is interesting though that Obama, a professor of Constitutional law before he was the vaunted “Community Organizer” made these appointments without understanding their illegality. What other mistakes will he make based on his poor remembrance of the U.S. Constitution.
