A bill to designate a portion of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge as wilderness.
This bill is sponsored by Joe Lieberman (LIBERT – CT). It is no doubt the environmental extremists attempt to end forever the debate over drilling in ANWR.  I am betting anyone who will take the bet that McCain will vote for this bill.  It is co-sponsored by the usual suspects in the Democrat Party.

Our current energy crisis is the result of the Environmental Nazi’s and left-wing nut-job’s refusing to allow any debate and compromise over energy policy that includes all the available sources that have the ability to meet our needs.  They want us to roll back the calendar to 100 years ago and crush  our cars, shut down our televisions and turn off our air conditioners.

They also have to accept more than their share of responsibility for the blood that has been shed in Iraq.  Based on their outraged screams of “no blood for oil” they, by virtue of shutting down reasoned debate have made us more dependent on foreign oil, not less.  The blood on their hands is green.  This bill is their latest maneuver to extend and worsen our dependence on foreign oil.

Obama’s energy policies, implemented by Carol Browner, committed socialist, s.231, will only exacerbate our dependence on foreign oil.  The reality is that oil provides more output of energy per input of resource, economically it is the most efficient method of powering our vehicles that can meet current needs. We also burn too much of it in power plants, because we do not have enough nuclear power generation.

Remember the video of Obama promising to “bankrupt” anyone who wants to build a coal plant.  This will only make matters worse. They promise green jobs and green electric cars.  Where will we get the electricity to charge the cars?  We currently make 50% of the electricity in this country from coal.  That source will disappear, or become so expensive it will not be practical.  This bill is the latest example of the Environmental Nazi’s attempt to drive the American economy into the dirt.  For you UMW union members whose leadership sold your jobs down the river to support Barack Obama, you really should ask yourself; “how dumb could I have been”?

For the Environmental Nazi’s, it is not about saving the environment, their goal is the destruction of the economy of the United States.  The movement was highjacked long ago by the Socialist movement which has been blocked from dominating world government by the vibrancy and prosperity of the United States.  They cannot achieve their goals unless they can destroy the United States in its current form.  This is just another step along that path.  They have near total control now.

They have, with the near electoral sweep of the House, Senate and Presidency, brought us dangerously close to achieving their goal.  They do not want to wage a physical war on us, they wish us to war with ourselves, physically or politically.  The Democrats are willing enthusiastic accomplices to this as this video , of our New Interior Secretary(Former Harry Reid Lapdog)  Ken Salazar shows;
