Clint Eastwood is a national treasure.  His early work made everyone forget who they are, if only for a few hours, and his later films, especially his most recent have reminded us of who we are to the depths of our soul.

This film peels back the flavor of the diversity of America to speak out against injustice and political correctness all in one breath. It does it with humor and pathos and truth like no other film I have ever seen. It also tells us to lighten up on our “perceptions” of injustice and look for the real thing and then do something about it.

Lastly, and most importantly, it acknowledges Americans time-honored commitment to defeating injustice and serving others, even to the “last full measure” that Lincoln etched into our minds and souls.

I left thinking that it was the best movie I have ever seen.  At this time, when we as a nation, are most apprehensive about our future, this movie will calm you and remind you that what built this country lives in none of its institutions or its documents or its politicians. What made this country great lives inside each and everyone of us as Americans.  No matter what they do, they will never be able to destroy that, not in a year,or four,  not in a thousand.  This will be the best money you will spend for many reasons.  In one fell swoop, you will be made to laugh and cry.  Your heart will swell with pride and you can also, by making this film a huge success, stick it right in the eye of the Hollywood liberal elite.
